In memoriam

Friday, Oct. 10 — A memorial for longtime Lansing community theater icon Addiann Hinds has been scheduled for 6 p.m. Sunday. Hinds died of lung cancer Sept. 22. She was 75. 

The memorial will be held at James B. Henry Center for Executive Development, 3535 Forest Road, Lansing, adjacent to the University Club. Lansing actress and Hinds’ friend Gini Larson sent out a statement announcing the service.

“Everyone who loved and admired Addiann and her work is invited,” Larson said in the release. “We will celebrate her life with words, music, and laughter.”

In lieu of flowers, Larson suggested sending donations to the Hospice of Lansing, 4052 Legacy Parkway, Lansing, or Riverwalk Theatre, 228 Museum Drive, Lansing.
