Because I never want to say, "I can't," to any opportunities that come up in my life.
Describe your fitness routine:
I do a short, at-home strength training routine — mostly to support my running habit — and I run 20-30 miles a week. I am currently training for the 2015 Detroit International Marathon.
How do you stay motivated to maintain your fitness?
I started a group for women who are looking for advice and support as they work on adding badassery to their lives. Over the last two years, the group has grown to 680 women all over the country. If I ever have an off day or a crap workout, I look to them to boost me up.
