Common Ground releases festival set times

Posted

FRIDAY, JUNE 19 — All the pieces are in place, and Common Ground Music Festival released its complete 2015 schedule earlier today.

There are a few changes to the final schedule. Due to scheduling conflicts, Charlie Puth will no longer be appearing at the festival. Taking his place on July 7 is Who Is Fancy, the musical project of Jake ‘Fancy’ Hagood.

Also added to the lineup is Ground Up and JR Badinfluence on July 11 and the Lansing Unionized Vaudeville Spectacle on July 12.

Common Ground also announced that it will once again host the Ultimate Painting Michigan State Finals on July 12. Fourteen champion painters from regional competitions will compete in the finals, closing out its 2014-2015 season. Attendees can vote for their favorite artist to advance, and all pieces will be available for silent auction purchase. The winner of the evening will advance to the International Finals in Toronto at the end of July.

Full schedule is available at commongroundfest.com.
