History of Michigan's Craft Apple Cider

As Fall rolls in our appetite for all things apple-flavored kicks into overdrive. Rex Halfpenny of the Michigan Beer Guide is heading to the DeWitt District Library to give a presentation on apples, apple cider, hard cider, and what makes them all so delicious. Guests can sample a wide variety of artisanal ciders while they learn about the history of the fruit and the drinks it has inspired. All visitors must be at least 21 years of age, and register online at the library's website beforehand.
