Good day on this fine October Monday, one of the last warm days we'll see this year.

Today the East Lansing Public Library is showing 'The Age of Adaline,' for its Monday Movie Matinee.

The film, rated PG-13, follows the life of turn-of-the-century woman Adaline (Blake Lively), who has lived with the face of a 29-year-old for over eighty years. When she meets a charismatic philanthropist, her secret becomes harder and harder to keep.

All are welcome to see the film, and popcorn is provided while supplies last.

1 p.m. FREE. East Lansing Public Library, 950 Abbot Road, East Lansing. (517) 351-2420.
