What's up in Lansing: Festivus Party, Ukulele Workshop and more

Feeling left out this holiday season? The Green Door Blues Bar and Grill offers a Festivus for the rest of us. Based on an episode of "Seinfeld," Festivus is a celebration for those looking for something a little different from the stereotypical holiday parties. Ukulele players of all skill levels — from "mastery" to "hey-I-want-to-try-that" — are invited to Marshall Music's free Ukulele workshop today. There, an instructor will be on hand to help those who want to learn as well as those who just want to polish their skills a bit.
