What's up in Lansing: Reading challenge and more

Good day on this partly sunny Monday.

The East Lansing Public Library has concocted a solution to the cold, dreary months ahead of us — Hot Reads for Cold Nights, a reading program for adults. Until April 25, participants are encouraged to log in all the movies they watch, books they read and albums they listen to for contest points. The grand prize is an RCA Cambio 2-in-1 laptop/tablet.
