Happy National Pancake Day! In celebration of the world's fluffiest cake-like breakfast option, IHOP offers free short stacks of their buttermilk pancakes. In exchange, the restaurants asks diners to consider leaving a donation for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and other local charities.
