The first-ever City Pulse River Rock Concert, and the annual Grand American Fish Rodeo are underway Saturday. Read about these summer events here.

Get moving on your summer fitness goals at the 20th annual Mayor’s Family Riverwalk. Participants join Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero for a three miles walk from Potter Park Zoo to Maguire Park, stopping at fun stations along the way. Those who would prefer to spend the morning on the water can choose to canoe or kayak from Potter Park Zoo to Old Town’s Fish Ladder. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.; walk begins at 9 a.m. FREE.
