Here's what's going on in town today

Good day and happy Summer Solstice.

To celebrate the official beginning of summer, Capital Area District Libraries hosts a mini-concert today in its Downtown Lansing brand. Local guitarist Pete Wittig plays his tunes in the library's lobby this afternoon. Wittig played with local band Ormandy in the early 1970s, released his own folk record in 1972, and has been playing ever since. 2-3 p.m. FREE. CADL Downtown Lansing Branch, 401 S. Capitol Ave., Lansing. (517) 367-6363, cadl.org.
