Good day on this partly cloudy Tuesday.

If you're looking to inject a little terror into your summer, Capital Area District Libraries offers a program today that will help all would-be monsters get into gear. Zombie Makeup 101 allows participates ages 12 and older to try their hand at transforming their faces into something scary. The course also focuses on zombie costuming in general and is limited to the first twenty five people to arrive. You can never get ready for Halloween too early. 1-2 p.m. FREE.
