With the first day of school just around the corner, Ingham County offers a variety of health services for kids with one-stop convenience. The eighth annual Back to School Health Fair includes vision and hearing screenings, lead screenings, preschool sign-up and immunizations (Walk-in availability for immunizations is limited; call (517) 887-4350 to schedule an appointment.) 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Friday; 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday; closed between noon-1 p.m. every day for lunch.
