Good day on this early September day.

Looking for a new friend? Ingham County Animal Control offers specials on adoption fees with its Whisker Wednesday program. Cat adoptions fees are waived while dog adoption fees are half-off. All animals are spayed or neutered and are up to date on vaccinations. Each has a registered microchip, and each is pretty darn cute.
