Good day on this final day of summer. Happy International Day of Peace.

Are you stressed out? Are you looking for a new piece of art to decorate that blank space in your kitchen? You know, right above the sink? Well, perhaps you can knock out two birds with one stone thanks to a course hosted by artist Jane Reiter. Introduction to Zentangle is a class where the artists teachers her meditative, relaxing drawing style using abstract forms. This practice is intended even for those who do not consider themselves artists. A drawing kit with supplies is provided. 1-3:30 p.m. $48. Delta Township Enrichment Center, 4538 Elizabeth Road, Lansing. (517) 327-0938, tanglewrangler.wordpress.com/happenings.
