What's up in Lansing: Fishing literature and more

Here's what's going on in town today

Good day and happy International Day for Tolerance.

Even though Chris Dombrowski grew up in East Lansing, in the county with the fewest lakes in Michigan, he still found a way to fish. In his early teens, Dombrowski and his pals would fish the Red Cedar — or as they referred to it, “Red Sewer.” Dombrowski’s latest book, “Body of Water: A Sage, a Seeker and the World’s Most Alluring Fish,” beautifully details his love of fishing, including conversations with legendary Grand Bahama Island bonefishing guide David Pinder. Dombrowski discusses the book this evening. Click here to learn more from Bill Castanier's discussion with the author.
