Good day on this snowy Monday.

Three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, a one-hour-long yoga class is held at Williamston High School. The class is open to all interested participants, and is suitable for beginners. The course is focused on stretching and relaxation, and offers modified poses for those with physical limitations. 11 a.m.-noon. First class FREE/$5/$3 members.
