Ellison Brewery and Spirits and Saddleback BBQ team up for a night of smoked ribs and locally made brews. The five-course “beer dinner,” organized by I’m a Beer Hound and hosted by the REO Town Pub, pairs a series of Saddleback ribs with a variety Ellison beers, including its Relativity double IPA and Tiramisu Stout. 7 p.m. $32.
