Monday's are hard. No matter what your fitness or energy level might be today, instead of reaching for the coffee, Yoga might be the best way to start your week. Proven to "increase strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body," the Gentle Yoga class at Williamston High School from 11 a.m. to noon today might be the best way to channel your inner zen and kick this week's asana.
