Smoke is rising from the Eastside in the best way possible. Sporting a wood-burning pizza oven, smokehouse, 23 taps and up to five beers brewed on site, Arcadia Ales and Smokehouse is open after nearly three years in development. The new locale is housed in a former 10,000-square-foot PNC bank.
Arcadia’s meat department includes barbecue staples like smoked brisket, hot links, pulled pork, baby back ribs, chicken and turkey. These are offered à la carte and as sandwich options. Barbecue sides include pit beans, two types of coleslaw, cornbread muffins, braised greens, smokehouse mac and barbecue chili.
Arcadia will also offer growlers and flights to go.
