So much Harry, it's scary

Don't call it a marathon — it's more of a Harry-thon. Next week, Celebration Cinema will announce the details on its plans to show all eight "Harry Potter" adventures back to back to back to ... well, you get the picture.

So, beginning at 5 a.m. on July 14, you will be sitting through "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets," "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix," "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part One" and a premiere showing of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part Two." (No word on whether or not you'll receive a honorary doctorate from Hogwarts after the final spell has been cast.)

"Deathly Hallows, Part Two" opens July 15 and stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter and Alan Rickman.

The same Harry showcase is being held at the Celebration Rivertowne theater in Grand Rapids, and it is already sold out. Tickets for the Lansing screenings go on sale next week, although Celebration has not announced a firm date. Follow Celebration Cinema on Facebook and watch City Pulse for further details.
