Wharton Center puts individual tickets on sale Monday for dozens of shows

It's a question commonly heard at concerts, but it's also a question Wharton Center is asking the public. The venue has a full slate of rock, jazz, dance, theater and Broadway musicals, and individual tickets to most events (except "Wicked," which goes on sale at a date to be announced) go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday.

The box office will be opening for dozens of shows, including "West Side Story" (Nov. 8-13), Tony Bennett (Oct. 28), Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis (Sept. 22), the 1980s hair-band salute "Rock of Ages" (Dec. 13-18), Yamato — The Drummers of Japan (Nov. 4), Franc D’Ambrosio's "Christmas in New York" (Dec. 4), the Elvis Presley/Johnny Cash/Jerry Lee Lewis/Carl Perkins musical "Million Dollar Quartet" (Jan. 10-15, 2012), "The Adams Family" (Jan. 31-Feb. 5, 2012), the Tony-winning "Memphis" (March 27-April 1, 2012), "Riverdance" (March 23-24. 2012) and "Les Misrables" (April 3-8, 2012).
