Tri-county area receives $3 million grant for sustainable communities planning

Monday, Nov. 21 — The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission announced today it has been awarded a $3 million federal Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant.
Antonio Riley, the Midwest regional administrator for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development announced it at a press conference this morning at the MSU Center for Community and Economic Development. He will be joined by Sue Pigg, the commission’s executive director.
