Tax Deliquency report

Ingham Co. Treasurer Eric Schertzing has released the official list of properties in Ingham Co. on which taxes are still owed for2009.

The announcement marks the beginning of the foreclosure process on those properties. The next step is a show cause hearing on Feb. 2 at which property owners are given an opportunity demonstrate why their property should be taken off the list. Then on Feb. 23 are foreclosure hearings.
