Update: Artist admits to Capitol graffiti

Wednesday, Sept. 22 — Lansing artist Jeffrey Scott Handley admitted to vandalizing the Capitol Building and a nearby memorial in an interview hours after being arrested and released on bond today.

Talking to City Pulse tonight, Handley, 20, of Lansing, said he plans to plead guilty to three charges, one of which is a felony for malicious destruction of tombs and memorials.
