Video: Be a Tourist in Your Own Town

Thursday, June 6 — The 19th annual Be a Tourist in Your Own Town event went down on Saturday, giving residents and visitors an opportunity to sample some of the cultural offerings in the Lansing area. City Pulse video intern Ian Siporin took his camera on a tour of some of the sights and scenes the program had to offer. 

The video gives a taste of what sightseers experienced at Old Town's "Chalk of the Town", the Historical Society of Greater Lansing's "Lansing Eats" exhibit, The Board of Water and Light building, and sculptures displayed around the 9/11 memorial downtown.
