This two session Mindful Eating Support group is an experiment to see if there is interest. The first part of the session is spent in gentle movement led by Deb Mazella. The second half will be meaningful discussion about food motivation and challenges. August 14th will feature Dr. Nic Nicodemus on Sugar Busters - the effects of sugar on our body. Sessions facilitated by Grace Nicodemus, author of "Eating with Grace."
