Nordic Walking is a new outdoor exercise which provides a fun, total-body, low-impact work-out. This class will give an overview of Nordic Walking with emphasis on the recommended poles, strides and other techniques. Participants will practice Nordic Walking on both natural trails and on sidewalks. Discover for yourself why Nordic Walking swept across Europe and is now sweeping across America! Dress for outdoor activity. Nordic poles will be provided and the class will be taught by certified Nordic Walking Instructor Eric Ederer.
