Are you an athlete looking for a new way to cross train? Or are you just looking for a new, fun way to get fit, relieve stress, and simply feel awesome? Then come to Yoga State\'s Okemos Studio on Sunday nights at 6 p.m. for a spinning class for only $5. In a spinning class, you'll improve your level of cardiovascular fitness, supercharge your metabolism, and build strength and power with a low-impact, high-intensity, exhilarating, challenging, heart-pumping, muscle-blasting ride on a Spin bike.
