The Art of Brewing: Coffee Edition at the Broad

Who doesn’t love a good cup of joe? The Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum concludes its art of brewing series with Cara Nader, owner of Strange Matter Coffee Co., and her take on the art of making coffee. Nader and her team demonstrate the artistry of pour-over brewing, and guests have a chance to sample their caffeinated creations. Strange Matter Coffee Co., located in Lansing’s east side on Michigan Ave., was recently voted Best Coffee Shop in City Pulse’s Top of the Town contest.
