What's Up in Lansing: Bookworms at the Broad

If you’ve been looking for a way to enjoy reading with your toddler but haven’t found a way to keep them invested in the story, maybe Bookworms at the Broad can help! The program is designed to by a storytime in collaboration with the East Lansing Public Library, and is recommended for children ages 2-5.

Studies show that developing strong reading skills early can provide a whole host of benefits for children, including improved speech development, enhanced concentration and discipline, set the basis for academic excellence and more!

This month’s theme is water.
