What's Up in Lansing: We Foxes

Ryan Scott Oliver’s “We Foxes” will come to the Wharton Center in a staged concert reading presented by the MSU College of Arts and Letters’ Department of Theatre and the MSUFCU Institute for Arts & Creativity at Wharton Center. The story, taking place in Missouri in the mid ‘40s, follows a young Willa who was adopted by the wife of the Sheriff and discovers secrets about the two that may have been there all along. The show will be featured as the 4th Annual imaGEN Event that will “showcase Broadway stars, local high school students and MSU Musical Theatre and Dance students in performance on the same stage as part of the Musical Theatre Immersion Program at MSU.” It will be directed by Marshall Pailet and performed at the Pasant Theatre on Friday, September 22nd and Sunday, September 24th.
