Larkin denied making certain controversial remarks about court consolidation and has since written a rebuttal with input from fellow 54B District Judge Richard Ball. City Pulse editor and publisher Berl Schwartz narrates segments from a recorded, on the record meeting with Larkin, Ball, public relations guru Kelly Rossman-McKinney and City Pulse reporter Kyle Kaminski.
