I think part of the problem is not spending enough time making sure that current officers are being kept up to date on a lot of the new terminology that gets thrown around.Police officers should be local...live in the area they're working in...the way it used to be.Instead of treating them like invading forces.The demonizing of the people trying to protect the city from the astounding escalating drug problems by BLAMING them has become sickening.Criminals have to accept personal responsibility for their stupidity.Instead we allow the city to keep paying off criminals because they got "hurt".
