The Township Board at its regular meeting on April 3, 2025 approved for final adoption Ordinance 2025-03, a request to rezone approximately 4.28 acres of vacant land on Dobie Road, immediately to the north of 4515 Dobie Road, from RAA, One-Family Low Density Residential to RD, Multiple Family Residential up to 8 dwelling units per acre, subject to a conditional rezoning agreement limiting the development on the site. The parcel identification number for the parcel to be rezoned is #33-02-02-22-454-003.
