May 15, 2025, at 6:00 pm -   Present: Supervisor Stroud, Clerk Briggs-Dudley, Treasurer C. Hoppes, Trustee Currie, Trustee M. Hoppes and 12 citizens. 

Board Actions:

• Approved bills for May, 2025.
• Approved Eric Sutherland to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
• Approved Board Policy updates.
• Approved Summer Tax Newsletter.
• Approved budget amendments for FY 25-26 and FY 24-25 and a fund overview to be included as part of the FY 25-26 budget.
• Approved Supervisor check with attorney regarding a land preservation ordinance.
• Approved renewal of Clinton County Catalyst contract.
• Approved Comcast Uniform Video Franchise Agreement renewal.
• Approved Consumers Power streetlight agreement update.
• Approved referring administrative interpretation of zoning ordinance to Planning Commission.
• Approved Casey Godlewski as Board of Review alternate.
• Approved mowing stipend.
