What’s left to say about Silver Bells?

It arrived Friday. Thousands attended. The weather was tolerably cold. Floats floated. Lights lit up the tree and the sky. The season of peace commenced (despite a few arrests).

A smattering of post-Turkey Day events

Happy Thanksgiving! If you’re able to haul yourself off the couch after today’s feast and tomorrow’s Black Friday shopping spree, Greater Lansing will offer a handful of events to enjoy over the long weekend. Though the area won’t be as bustling as usual, those in town can look forward to seasonal happenings like a holiday market, a Christmas play and the annual Black Santa Experience as well as non-holiday activities like a blacksmithing workshop, karaoke, dance parties, a free yoga class and more.
