NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EAST LANSING DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given of the following public hearing to be held by the East Lansing Downtown Development Authority on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center, 819 Abbot Road, Classroom 235, East Lansing, Michigan 48823:

The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this Public Hearing. For the purposes of the Public Hearing, it shall be assumed that the tax rate will be 1.6462 mills. A copy of the FY26 budget is available on the City’s website at Downtown Development Authority | East Lansing, MI - Official Website (cityofeastlansing.com) 

The FY26 budget is available for viewing at the East Lansing City Hall, 410 Abbot Road, Room 217, East Lansing, between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
