Public Notice

The Ingham County Land Bank has approved plans for two 4-unit residential buildings to be constructed in Lansing.  Therefore, the Land Bank is requesting proposals from qualified General Contractors to bid the construction of one or both of the 2-story buildings, each containing four 2-bedroom residential-dwelling units.  The Request for Proposal is now available on our website:  www.inghamlandbank.org/contractors or a hard copy can be picked up M-F 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  in our office located at 3024 Turner St, Lansing, MI, 48906.  Complete responses must be returned to the Land Bank on or before Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.  Proposals will be opened at that time. The bids and qualifications must be delivered in a sealed envelope.  The Ingham County Land Bank is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
