The Rock Lansing Music Festival returns for its sophomore event Saturday at Adado Riverfront Park, featuring two stages of varied rock performances by both regional and national acts as well as food and drink vendors. The lineup includes East Lansing’s School of Rock, Detroit/Lansing hard-rock band Ritual Suns, Michigan metal band Assume Nothing, Lansing rock/metal band Heartsick, Maryland hard-rock band Any Given Sin, Canadian alternative metal band Evans Blue, Pennsylvania hard-rock band Crobot, singer-songwriter Ayron Jones and Tennessee hard-rock band Saliva, among many other groups. Tickets are $55 for general admission or $100 for VIP at rocklansing.com.
This year’s festival will kick off with a pre-concert Friday at Grewal Hall, featuring Lansing metalcore band Of Virtue, Lansing metal band Let It Rot, Ann Arbor progressive metal/alternative rock band Black Note Graffiti, Lansing deathcore band Accuser of the Brethren and Jackson metalcore band Mesa Mantra. Tickets range from $20 to $50 at hall224.com.
