The Ingham County Land Bank is requesting proposals from General Contractors to bid the construction of 1 two-story building containing 5 two-bedroom Condominium Units to be located in Lansing, MI.  The Request for Proposal packet is available May 3, 2023 at the Ingham County Land Bank, 3024 Turner St, Lansing, MI, 48906, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday or at www.inghamlandbank.org/contractors. Responses are due at the Land Bank office by 10 a.m. on June 2, 2023 and will be opened at that time. The Ingham County Land Bank is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
