NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Z-4-2023, N. Larch Street

 Rezoning from “R-3” Suburban Detached Residential

to “S-C” Suburban Commercial  

 

The Lansing City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tony Benavides Lansing City Council Chambers, 10^th Floor, Lansing City Hall, 124 W. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan to consider a request to rezone 6 vacant parcels located along the west side of the 3300 block of the unimproved of N. Larch Street right-of-way that extends south off of E. Frederick Avenue, from “R-3” Suburban Detached Residential to “S-C” Suburban Commercial.  The properties that are the subject of this request are legally described as:

 

            Lots 43, 44, 45, 46, 47 & 50, Supervisors Plat of Schworer’s Bloomfield Farms

 

The purpose of the rezoning is to permit use of the subject properties for storage of materials related to the fence construction/contracting business at 3323 N. East Street
