REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Executive Search Services for Library Director

The East Lansing Public Library Board of Trustees is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Executive Search Services to recruit and select the next Library Director.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) packet is available beginning October 1, 2025, on the East Lansing Public Library website at www.elpl.org or by email request to ELPLBoard@cityofeastlansing.com.

Proposals are due electronically to the email address above by 5:00 p.m. EST on October 22, 2025. Proposals will not be accepted after this time.
