Ordinance #26-08 – Haslett Land Investment – Vacant Haslett Road

The Township Board at its regular meeting on August 18, 2026 approved for final adoption Ordinance #26-08, a request to rezone approximately 65.38 acres of land directly to the east of the Copper Creek Subdivision, on the north side of Haslett Road, from RA, One-Family, Medium Density Residential, to the same designation with a PRD, Planned Residential Development Overlay. The parcel identification number for the parcel to be rezoned is #33-02-02-12-200-015.

Materials related to the rezoning request may be examined at the Department of Community Planning and Development, 5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan 48864-1198 (517.853.4560) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
