NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Tony Benavides Lansing City Council Chambers, 10th Floor Lansing City Hall, 124 W. Michigan Ave., Lansing, MI for the purpose of considering: An Ordinance to add Chapter 873, and Sections 873.01-873.11 to the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lansing, to provide for licensing procedures and regulations for Virtual Currency Machines, to include requirements for Operators and Providers to give disclosures and warnings to Customers, to regulate Transactions with New Customers, and to set penalties for Operators and Providers who violate this ordinance.
