SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE # 1352

Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan, to amend Section 1250.02 of the Lansing Codified Ordinances to add Subsection 1250.02.13 to provide for a limitation within the Zoning Code of proximity of liquor stores to each other.

Effective date:           Tuesday, May 5, 2026
