SUMMARY OF

ADOPTED ORDINANCE # 1359

Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan, to amend the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lansing by adding Chapter 878, Sections 878.01-878.03 to the Lansing Codified Ordinances to impose a temporary moratorium on new Data Centers.

Effective date:           July 28, 2026
