ADOPTED ORDINANCE # 1364

Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan, to to conform the Lansing Codified Ordinances to the 2026 revised Lansing City Charter to add new Chapter 245, Sections 245.01, 245.02, 245.03, 245.04 and 245.05 to provide powers and duties of the Office of the Independent Internal Auditor, including the appointment, suspension, and removal of the Internal Auditor, and to provide for the office function.

Effective date: October 27, 2026
