CITY OF LANSING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Tony Benavides Lansing City Council Chambers, 10th Floor, Lansing City Hall, 124 W. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan for the purpose of considering:

 

An Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan, to Amend the Lansing Codified Ordinances amending Chapter 1610, Section 1610.01 by updating the International Fire Code (IFC) and standards (adopted by reference) from the 2018 IFC to the 2021 IFC and amending Section 1610.02 by renumbering IFC section to the 2021 code.
