NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Tony Benavides Lansing City Council Chambers, 10th Floor, Lansing City Hall, 124 W. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan for the purpose of considering:

 

An Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan, to amend Chapter 206, Purchasing Contracts and Sales, specifically Sections 206.01, 206.02, 206.03, 206.05, 206.06, 206.07, and 206.16, to increase the dollar amount threshold for competitive bidding and related purchasing requirements, to reflect inflation since 1994, and to provide for annual modification of the threshold in accordance with the Consumer Price Index.
