ADOPTED ORDINANCE # 1308

 

Lansing City Council adopted an Ordinance of the City of Lansing, Michigan by amending Chapter 1300, Sections 1300.02, 1300.04, 1300.09, and 1300.11 to update the ordinance to reflect changes in laws and rules by the Cannabis Regulatory Agency, formerly known as the Marijuana Regulatory Agency, and adding Section 1300.17 to codify the process for temporary marihuana events.

 

Effective date:           January 4, 2023
